What if it doesn't look like them?
You'll see their finished artwork before anything is printed. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. If their photo doesn't give us a clear likeness, we'll ask for another.
How is it personalized?
Choose their adventure, add one clear photo, and we'll place them inside the story. You'll see the result and approve it before we print.
What will I receive?
You'll receive the artwork as a print on thick 308gsm museum cotton, or framed in real wood behind shatterproof acrylic and ready to hang.
No photo of them? Send a gift card.
Every child, unmistakably themselves.
The same tale, a different star each time.

In the room
The framed piece on a bedroom wall in soft morning light.
Playful for them.
Beautiful in the room.
Beautiful materials, carefully chosen for a piece of art they’ll keep for years.
- Paper with four centuries behind it
- We print on beautiful, archival-quality paper chosen to bring the illustrations to life and keep them looking wonderful for years to come: 308gsm Hahnemühle Photo Rag, museum cotton from a German mill making fine paper since 1584.
- Real wood. Properly finished.
- Our frames are made to look like part of your home, not like something that came straight out of a gift shop. Real wood behind shatterproof acrylic, lighter and safer than glass over a bed.
- Made not to fade
- Pigment inks hold their colour and detail through years of mornings.
- Ready for the wall
- Framed pieces arrive assembled and ready to hang. Prints arrive ready for your frame.
How it works
A few minutes to make it theirs.
Add their photo
Send us one clear photo of your child.
See them brought to life
We'll create their illustrated portrait and send you a preview.
Make it theirs
Happy with it? Approve the preview and we'll print it beautifully. Nothing prints until you say yes.
A gift made just for them.
A personalized piece of art featuring them as the hero of their own adventure.
For a birthday, for Christmas, or just because.

A note in your words
Something silly, something proud. Printed exactly as you wrote it.

No prices in the box
Ready to give, one parcel per child.

Their name on the back
The maker's plate carries their name and the month it was made.
Good to know.
- One clear, recent photo of their face, in soft light. No sunglasses, no low hats, no deep shadow. If it won't work, we'll ask for another before we make anything.
- Always. The preview comes to your inbox within 24 hours. Nothing prints until you say yes.
- Yes. Only you see the preview, the parcel carries no prices, and your note goes in the box, printed exactly as you wrote it.
- We remake it free. The same if it arrives off from the preview you approved. Because it's made for one child it isn't returnable for a change of mind, which is why the preview comes first.
- That's the whole point, and you judge it before we do anything: you see and approve a preview before we print. If it doesn't feel like them, tell us what's off and we make a new version. Nothing's printed yet.
- Ask for changes on the preview page, as often as you need. Cancel for a full refund any time before you approve. Nothing's printed yet.
- A preview within 24 hours, and under two weeks door to door once you've approved it. The exact arrival range is shown before you pay.
- Used only to make their print, and deleted 90 days after it arrives. It goes only to the services that make your order. We never use it for anything else.
