What do the parents have to do?
They open the email and press the button. On our website they choose one of the illustrated adventures, add a photo of the child, and look at the artwork. If they like it, they approve it. We print it and send it to them. This takes them about ten minutes.
Do the parents pay anything?
No. You have paid for the print. There is nothing to pay on their side.
What can the parents choose?
The adventure their child stars in, and on a framed piece the colour of the wood. The size is fixed by your gift card.
What if I do not know the parent's email address?
Use your own. We send you a copy of the gift card either way, with a version you can print and give by hand.
What if the email does not arrive?
Your copy has the same gift card in it. Forward it, or print it and give it by hand.
How long is the gift card valid?
Three years from the day you buy it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 14 days, for a full refund, as long as the parents have not used the gift card yet.
Can I give it to a family in another country?
The gift card works in the shop you buy it in. A card bought in our European shop can be used by parents in Europe.
