Shipping & returns

We ship to the United States and across most of Europe. The country picker in the footer shows the exact list. Framed pieces cannot ship to Malta or Cyprus. Standard shipping is free, and at checkout you can pay for a faster courier where one serves your country. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. One exception: a few territories outside the EU VAT area, for example the Canary Islands, can charge import fees on delivery. If we do not ship to your country yet, tell us where you are. We email you when we do.

Your preview comes within 24 hours of your order. Every piece is made after you approve that preview. The clock starts at your approval, not at checkout.

Printing takes 1 to 3 working days. Framed pieces printed in the United States take 1 to 4 working days. Standard delivery then takes 4 to 6 working days inside the United States, and 4 to 6 working days inside Europe. Express delivery takes about 2 to 4 working days in transit.

We count working days. Weekends and public holidays do not count, because the print room is closed and the couriers do not deliver. All of these times are estimates from our print partner. We cannot promise you an exact day. An order placed today, approved promptly, arrives between September 15 and September 22.

Framed pieces and unframed prints are made in different workshops. A mixed order arrives as separate parcels. We email you the tracking links when your order leaves the print room. A gifted child’s parcel gets its own email.

A gifted child’s artwork ships in its own parcel. Your printed card is inside. The box contains no prices.

You can cancel at any time before you approve the preview. You get a full refund, because nothing is printed at that point. Write to [email protected] with your order reference.

Each piece is made for one child from your photo. After you approve the preview and the piece prints, we cannot resell it or restock it. For that reason, personalized items like these are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to off-the-shelf goods in the EU. We do not accept returns for a change of mind after approval. This is why nothing prints before you see the preview and say yes.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. If a piece is faulty, your legal guarantees apply in full.

If your piece arrives damaged, or differs from the preview you approved, we make a new one free. No forms. No return postage. Email [email protected] with your order reference and a photo of what arrived. A new piece goes into production.
