Before you order

Will it really look like my child?
That is the whole point, and you judge it before we do anything. You see and approve a preview before we print. If it does not feel like them, tell us on the preview page what is off. We make a new version and send a new preview. Nothing's printed yet.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use one clear and recent photo. We must see the full face. Soft light works best. Do not use photos with sunglasses, low hats, or deep shadow. If the photo does not work, we email you for a different one before we make anything.
Can I see it before you print it?
Always. The preview comes to your inbox within 24 hours of your order. Nothing prints until you say yes.
What if I don't like the preview?
Ask for changes on the preview page, as often as you need. You can point at the exact piece and tell us what feels wrong. You can also cancel for a full refund any time before you approve. Nothing's printed yet.
How long does it take?
The preview comes within 24 hours. After you approve it, the print arrives in under two weeks, door to door. You see the exact arrival range before you pay. Delivery details by region are further down this page.
What happens to my child's photo?
We use the photo only to make your child’s artwork. It goes only to the services that make your order. We never use it for anything else. We delete it 90 days after your print arrives. The full picture is in our privacy policy.
Can I send it directly as a gift?
Yes. You write a card in your own words. We print the card and put it in the box. The parcel contains no prices. Only you see the preview. More on the gifting page.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We remake it free. The same applies if it arrives different from the preview you approved. Because each print is made for one child, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. That is why the preview comes first.
How does it work?
You pick one of the four worlds. You send us one clear photo of your child. We make the artwork with your child at the heart of that world. The preview comes to your inbox. Nothing prints before you approve the preview.

Prices and ordering

What does it cost?
Framed pieces cost $149 to $229. The size sets the price, and a mount adds $25 to $30. Unframed prints on museum cotton cost $85 to $129. You see the exact price for your choices before you pay.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. Each child gets their own name, their own photo, and their own artwork in the same order. Each gifted child's pieces ship in their own parcel, with their card inside.
How do I pay?
You can pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more at checkout. The exact options depend on your country. Prices include shipping.

Delivery and returns

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and most of Europe. Shipping is free. The country picker in the footer shows the exact list. Somewhere else? Tell us where you are and we email you when we ship to your country.
When does it arrive?
Your preview comes within 24 hours. You approve it. Then we print. Printing takes 1 to 3 working days for an unframed print. Framed pieces take 1 to 4 working days at the United States print room. Standard delivery inside United States then takes 4 to 6 working days. These times are estimates from our print partner. We cannot promise you an exact day.
How do you count the days?
We count working days. Saturdays and Sundays do not count. Public holidays do not count. The print room is closed on those days, and the couriers do not deliver. One more thing sets the clock. We start to print only after you approve the preview. If you approve on a Saturday, printing starts on the next working day.
Can it come faster?
Yes. At checkout you can pay for a faster courier. Express delivery inside United States takes about 2 to 4 working days. Printing takes the same time either way. Only the travel time changes. The checkout shows you the dates for each speed before you pay.
Can I return it?
You can cancel at any time before you approve the preview. You get a full refund, because nothing is printed yet. After your approval, the piece is made for one child. We cannot take it back for a change of mind. If the piece arrives damaged, or differs from the preview you approved, we make a new one free. The full policy is on Shipping & returns.
